Michael Schneider brings over two decades of senior executive leadership experience from the FBI, uniquely blending elite national security expertise with extensive corporate security and compliance acumen. Led HR strategy, compliance, and workforce management for over 38,000 personnel worldwide, overseeing performance management, employee misconduct investigations, and insider threat programs.
Deputy Assistant Director, Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG)
Directed the FBI's crisis response operations and special event planning, including hostage rescue, counter-IED/WMD programs, national security emergencies, and interagency coordination across global theaters.
Special Agent-in-Charge, FBI Denver Field Office

U.S. Security Lead & On-scene Commander, 2018 Winter Olympics
